Bad Vodacom service

The services of vodacom recently is so poor ???? I bought a 2gig data and it just dissapearred. I cannot use my cellular network because there is no services. This left me in a situation where i could not do my work and had to rush to get assignments done. This service is just disgusting and when you phone all they say is "we having a technical problem".
