Bad Vodacom Service

We upgraded a contract on Vodacoms application. The offer on a Samsung s 23 was clearly you recieve a Samsung watch free. Only the phone was deliverer. As I complained I was informed that indeed the watch was free and arrangement would be made to deliverer the watch. Then Vodacom contact us and requested the Samsung S23 needs to be returned.We disagreed as we have already transferred all our information on the phone and had a face cover installed on the phone. Why not just send us the absant delivery of the watch. We have not heard from Vodacom since. The Vodavom person ivolved is Rafiq Essop
