Bad Vodacom Network in Lephalale Mine

I would like to use this platform as the last resort to complain about bad service from Vodacom at the Grootegeluk Mine in Lephalale.

This is an operation that supplies coal to South Africa's number one Power Station (Matimba) and South Africa's biggest and newest power station( Medupi), a key contributer to the national power Grid yet Vodacom puts no priority on ensuring connectibility and accessibility for the employees of the mine.

I took up a Vodacom contract from \South Africa's leading network"only to have to miss all important phone calls and communication during most of the day.
Instead of getting assistance from Vodacom we are told to rather move to MTN. For contract customers this is an ultimate failure on Vodacom's part to its customers and to ensuring good connectivity among the employees of the mine.

We have had this problem for over 5 months now and it will persist because Vodacom simply drags their feet/ refuses to assist."""
