Bad vodacom customer service

Vodacom is really bad. From day 1 I had issues. Installed Fibre wifi at my house. I asked to have it installed in my room. He refused. **** that the router has 30m range. It doesn't. Only 10m. So mom mother who stays In The flat can't use it. 2nd- the wifi never connects. If you're lucky it will connect for a few seconds and then disconnect. I was told by vodacom to get an extender. I did that. No difference. I'm still fighting in getting it moved to where I originally asked. Now I ha e to pay R2500+ cable used. They are *******. They logged a technician so ma y times and 2 days later canceled the ticket. I am fed up. I asked for a month to month contract. And they guy who assisted me signed me up for a 1 year contract so I can't even cancel. Never use vodacom. They are not reliable at all.
