Bad very Bad service from Vodacom online upgrade department

<p>I han an upgrade on the 2016-11-08 and I was told that the device was out of stock. I called on the 2016-11-10 to enquire thn a consulted adviced me about the device that was available in their stock, I agreed to the device then I was told to wait for a comfirmation call. Up until today no call from them then I called vodacom upgrade department today and was told that my upgrade is handled by Bytes department and to my suprise that was the first time I heard that vodacom has different department named bytes, the lady transfered me to bytes department the I explained my quiery to the consultant named Geodfrey who was very rued to me when I asked him that was it bytes department that I am tranfered to and he was also not helping did not even give me a chance to explain my quiery. VODACOM IM STILL WAITING FOR AN ORDER CONFIRMATION CALL PLEASEEEEEE</p>
