bad uprade service

<p>i have upgraded on the 28/11/16 and still did not received my phone as up to 09/12/16, after many calls and still no answers i wrote a review a few days ago and the only answer i got back is that vodacom will contact me in due couse, i still dit not receive any phonecall from them and still have no answers and no phone. i will now rather be going straight to the onbutsman as vodacom fail to contact me and failed to deliver service</p>
