Bad Upgrades, Hidden Problems

I upgraded to a new contract end of last year, it was a Black Friday Special on 30GB of Data with no call minutes for a good price. I though well I can just buy voice minute like you always do when your call time is finished. After the upgrade Voice Bundles are not available anymore!! Nothing!! They remove all the voice bundle options from the app and from the USSD purchase line. NOBODY told me this will be the case. We are not able to add voice minutes to your contract. How is this possible?! Its a phone contract! Now I need to call with airtime, which is very expensive. They upgrade you to a new special contract with a good price, but the catch comes after the upgrade is done, with after purchase service that does not even give you a reference number or call you back, you need to follow up.
