Bad treatment to older clients.
Vodacom should just tell if they don't need us anymore. I mean I escalated the matter here in hellopeter they rep**** with a lie saying that they will contact me on the side and they have never contacted. Ever since January to date my mother's phone is still blacklisted and they don't want to unblock it they have been sending her from Pilar to pots! We can't even check our old mother on a daily basis as we used to that number. If you really want to help please call us on ***. My mother's blocked number is *** please unblock her number polis!!!

03 Mar 2023, 22:02I was contacted by a lady who did not help me at all instead she wanted to give me anothe call center number to call. For what reason I don't know cos vodacom consultant blocked my mother's number and said once we do a Sim swap we must call back to unblock it. But now same vodacom is now reffering me to another service provider njani???? When I asked she told me that she will call me back and never called. I'm really dissapoited and sad because it's very hard to check up on our old mother as her phone is not working.
