Bad treatment by Vodacom and Samsung

I got a Samsung tablet from the Vodacom shop in Broolkyn mall, at the time I asked the assistant for a sim card to use in the device as my old sim card was very old. I received the goods and went home to put the new device on charge and set it up etc. While the device was on charge I read the booklet thet said I needed a Micro sim. First problem, the shop had given me a nano sim. I took the device and sim card into our local repair shop to get a sim adapter so that I could use said tablet. The lady found the right adapter and when she opened the tablet to insert the sim she immediately said that she saw something askew. I took her word for it as my near vision is not great. I took the tablet back to the shop I had got it from. They agreed something appeared askew in the sim hole and said they would swap the tablet. It was promissed back in 4 or 5 working days. It was only back in 6 working days and then I was told they would not replace or repair the tablet. I asked the assistant if she could tell me why. She said she would call her manager, who arrived shortly. He told me the fault was of my doing and they wouldn't help me. When I asked him what I should do with the tablet and why they supp**** me with the wrong sim card to start with, or maybe I should just use it with a wireless connection from his opposition, he lost it and started shouting at me. Is this the way that they treat their customers. I've been a customer with this company since the day they opened Vodaworld in Midrand .
