Bad treatment

I lost my contract phone on the 25th of November 2019 and it was a hustle to get the phone blacklisted as i was being transferred from pillar to post until i got assistance from Abednego. I thought that was a hustle until I struggled to do sim swap now. Here it goes, I went to a vodacom shop at east gate shopping, they couldn't assist as the time was 17: 55 . I tried to be earlier the following day and got there at 17:50 and they still couldn't assist as the sim swap services closes at 6pm. I waited and got time to go to Vosloorus Chris hani mall Vodacom shop this past weekend oh Lord what a nightmare. Mpho started the process and then cancelled the sim swap process because my account showed that I was in arrears. I bought sim card for R105 thinking that I will sort it out with cutomer care. I then phoned customer care, they were wiling to assist but they couldn't as it shows that sim has been assigned already. I stopped everything and went back to the shop only to find that the rude Tlale could not assist and told me that there is nothing like that, the sim card will be fine and she cannot hive me the other one. She asked me to go pay the amount the is in arrears at Shoprite monbey market and come back to do sim swap. I went and paid only to find out that she still couldn't assist as funds will not appear same time but I had pop as slip. I phoned Vodacom solutions and spoke to Thulani who tried to assist but confirmed the same thing that sim is assigned already. Apparently Mpho was not supposed to cancel the process at the 1st place. Thulani told me that He will be off today but someone will call me. I am still sitting with the sim card that is cannot be sim swapped. What is this really?
