Bad treatment at Vodacom Cape Gate.

I went to the Cape Gate branch of Vodacom to enquire about a query. As the system was down, I was unable to have my query resolved, which is understandable. But what put me off was the general attitude of the African lady that assisted me. She did not greet, and I had the distinct impression that she just wanted to be rid of me. I have been a Vodacom client since 2005, and have never received such a stink attitude in any of the Vodacom stores I visited. I was so upset by the treatment that I didn't even get the name of the lady that brushed me off.
