Bad treatment

Saturday i went to Cavendish Square (Vodacom4me) to buy a laptop on contract but to my surprise i was told that i dont qualify cause i have paid my other account late last month, it was only once that i have ever paid it late and it was because of my pay day being changed, I have been a faithfully Vodacom costumer for so many years and that what i get in return.
