Bad technology
I went to vodacom to ask for my outgoing calls since I misplaced my contract sim card. They told me they can't assist me. I need to call some number for that. Knowing very well their call center is very poor in picking up the calls. Mtn you can check everything on ur app that's how smart they are with their systems
