bad technical support for Towers

I live in a small village in the Western Cape called Greyton. We had really bad cellphone coverage, so bad that the credit card machines didnt work. Vodacom won a bid to erect a tower in our village, and the whole valley was really excited. Well, that tower came online about 6 months ago and it will work for a day or 2, then we all get a NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK error. This has been going on for months and Vodacom engineers have still not been able to resolve the issue. its a bad sign when the service provider cannot even get their own network to work. Pathetic....
