Bad spec descriptions

It's been years now that I've experienced the same issue.

All I've been looking for since 2019 is a phone which can take 2 sim cards AND an SD card. Together At the same time

First I couldn't even maybe get such a thing, since vodacom refused to sell dual sim phones.

Then, the same issue kept occurring and I'm sick of sending phones back and having to reinstall and format phones. Since they keep sending me hybrid phones which can take EITHER two Sims or A SIM AND A SD CARD..... NOT ALL TOGETHER NOT AT THE SAME TIME.

This happens even when the agent promises me otherwise, but I have come to the conclusion, that the agents, as myself, read the descriptions vodacom put on their website, which never stated the truth.

Vodacom, fix this, it's been 5 years struggling with the same issue.

Also, please tell me which of your damn available phones can take 2 Sims, as well as a sd card, together, at the same time...
