Bad signal

On the 7 May I have reported that my signal is useless on Hello Peter. How can I run a bussiness with such a poor signal. There were two people of Vodacom with a lot of promises after my respons and after that our signal was even worse. It is nearly 4 months without success. The cellphone also a challenge. What must I do to get services?
