Bad signal and no UPNP

I'm few months into my home lte contract, and i already regret signing up for it. The signal is so bad, it buffers loading a 30 second whatsapp status or tiktok. I'm also having issues with the Alcatel router i got with the contract. My son has a playstation and wants to join his brother playing online, but my NAT is strict. I have enabled upnp on the router settings, but still showing as unavailable on the playstation.

Just to make sure, i went to a friends house and used their Rain wifi, and my NAT type changed. So it's not playstation I have asked for help on facebook, but the guy keeps saying it's not them, it's playstation. Even after i sent him pictures of the wifi swop and that i activated the upnp setting. Vodacom has been of no help
