Bad servicewith Vodacom again
<p>I must be the stupid to stay with Vodacom SA. Keep onb renewing contract with them. I sign an upgrade deal, deal is captured, then cancelled, then recaptured. This allows me to miss out on a competition whereby I could have won a car!. Then wrong contract is captured. To fix this, they expect me to go back to the store where I signed the contract. I have signed copies of the contract I requested. Now I am trying to cancel as I can get same contract cheaper with a device. Vodacom did not even try to match the new contract and can only fix my contract from next month. I upgraded a month ago. I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT PENALTIES.</p>

Above was posted as the new contract that started on 01/08/2016 is incorrect. I contaced 082 111 before 7h00 on the 01/08/2016 in an effort to resolve asap. I was referred to the store where I signed the upgrade on 01/07/2016. I eventually got hold of them at 09h30, as they do not answer phone that early in the morning. They promised to sort this out. As of today, 04/08/2016 at 11h45, nobody responded from Vodacom as stated in the reply above, neither is my contract sorted out yet. I was informed that since I wanted to personally speak to someone face to face, Vodacom do not have a office for this, I can only deal with 082 111. It is irritating when one attempt to deal with people who might as well have been machines. Vodacom treats "RED PLAN" customers special, what about a 25 years plus loyal customer?
