Bad service…Vodacom should be closed

Vodacom sucks, I missed an instalment and made an arrangement to pay on the 21st November, I paid as arranged to my surprise last night they double debited me. I tried call the customer service number I am busy talking to the machine Tobi… my other debit are now returning due to this stupid company y its system… I need my refund before 12pm today call me now at ***
