Bad services and only promises

I am a Vodacom customer for a number of years. I was phoned by online services to do a migration on my contract as I do phone a lot and use a lot of data. I was given the assurance that all will be carried over to a new package.

I received a sms from Vodacom indicating the migration. To my surprise all data and Voice was taken away. That is a misleading fact to me.

I phoned Vodacom customer care indicating my problem. A gentlemen assisted me and he indicated to me that he can do the following for me.

They could not even see my 1GB incentive data anymore so that seems to be lost.

1. Change my contract back to original.

2. Give me an additional 500MB data per month.

3. Change my package to 220 minutes per month without any additional cost.

That made me happy again.

A few minutes later I received a phone call again indicating that they cannot do the deal.

What the hell...........

How can Vodacom give deals while one is loosing on on other

Make promises and then later phone back as if nothing is wrong saying it cannot be done.

Is this a way of Vodacom by chasing their clients for more than 15 years to other companies. If this is what they want, please say yes and I will go to another company.
