Bad services and no respect to customer very well

I call vodacom help line to get assistance in terms of my 1GB data, Mukwevho Thanyani refused to lodge my complaint saying that I cannot do anything. It was 22:09 call to Vodacom, please train your call center, I always receive a bad service from you call center. especially when I report bad services. he said, people are on line wait for him so he does not have that time.
