Bad services

Vodacom Eastgate is one of the worst stores to deal with. You wait between 30 - 2 hours to get serviced in the tech zone. There is only 3 consultants and only 2 working at a time. We complain to the manager about this every time we walk into this store for assistance. I am typing while in the store. We have finally be given a young man by the name of Craig to assist us and finally things are being done. My opinion is Vodacom need to invest in more tech zone counters. Stop lining your pockets
