Bad Services!

My complaint : Vodashop in Mooiriver Mall Potchefstroom! We are trying to get feedback or anything from them, after more than a weeks wait for response I phoned again no one could help me the ladies was so loud at the back ground that I could not even hear the gentleman clearly, Eddie is trying to find out who help us the previous time (previous week) my daughter and her fiance would like to take over their two contracts from me, all the documents required was submitted to them self and the lady promise that in 30 min time we will receive a sms saying it is been approved or not. Week and half later we still don't know Eddie promise to come back to us after 3 calls to him yesterday 2 calls from my self and 1 call from my daughter. Still no reply - is this really people who admire their jobs and are still thankful they do have a job? service very bad !!!!
