Bad Service & wrong Billing

Dear Vodacom,

I'm writting to to voice my frustration and dealings with you on the way you go about your customer service, whereby if you send an email with all correspondence, as proof, you never get back to.

I have voiced my anger over the billing against my account, after leaving Vodacom in Mid November, as I had enough and ported my number and moved to a more reliable service provider with much better rates and service.

Only to get a debit order to go off my account in the beginning of January, which I found odd, as I have confirmed on more than one occasion with your billing and cancellation department, that the final amount was as per the quote received and paid (please check my account Account nr I ********** -8) and all relevant telephone records and correspondance as proof.

I voiced my concern on Hello Peter to state my claim (that after I already lost out after cancelling the services), only the get another invoice today from Vodacom again, that after I have paid up in full and have cancelled my contract with Vodacom in November.

This is really bad, after being such a loyal client with Vodacom. I feel I have been handed a raw deal and not happy with the way Vodacom went about this

I hope this is not how Vodacom treats all it's clients, as that is not service.

I thank you for at least coming back to me, but I still do not agree with the outcome (you have the voice recordings to prove why I'm reacting this way).

As I have ported my number in November 2016, and I'm not a Vodacom client anymore, why did you take a debit order of my account on 03/01/2017 & why do you state below that if I would like to cancel still: "Based on the above, should you wish to cancel the contract that you have with Vodacom you are more than welcome to do so. However, in line with the CPA you shall be liable for"

I'm no longer with Vodacom and have no contract with you anymore.

Please for the life on me, make sure that all is updated on your system to not any form of contract etc. as I'm not a Vodacom client anymore, effectively from November 2016

Please confirm receipt hereof and acknowledge accordingly
