Bad service with call centre agents

The Vodacom insurance contact centre service is very bad the call centre agent very unprofessional. They are not knowledgeable of tje services they are providing. Spoke to two different agents Neo and Promise. Sad part they don’t understand my claim and they are making their fault my issue now. All i want is my phone to be repaired as i have comprehensive insurance with Vodacom
