Bad service ;-( Will not recommend.

1. I received a suspicious call wrt a sim swop and reported it on 17 Jan

2. I called *** to cancel 3 accounts and was told I have to go in to a Vodashop.

3. I went to Vodacom Menlyn on 18 January and spoke to a friendly lady, called Moipone. We tried calling *** several times to no avail.

4. I received an email stating that I need to call the number again. Which I did.

5. Yet again, I was informed to go back to a Vodacom shop. Which I did on Wednesday 20 January. Vodacom Menlyn, where I handed my ID to another gentlemen, who informed me I needed to wait 48 - 72 hours for the ***** alert to be lifted.

6. I called *** again on Friday 22 January and was informed by a person that they can see that the ***** department is working on it but that I have to phone again on Monday.

7. I called again and was once again informed that I need to go to a Vodashop. What the hell is wrong with you?!! Anele Gumede refuses to give me her manager's name even?

8. 25 January, Kagiso Majiu from customer services called me to ensure me that my call has been resolved and that the contracts will be cancelled within the next 5 days.

9. Today, 5 February, nothing has chnged and I am super disgusted with Vodacom's pathetic processes and poor service.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is how you treat me!?
