Bad service Vodacom Soshanguve Crossing and Customer Care

I bought an esim from using my Vodacom app. I initiated the sim swap from my plastic sim to esim, the last stage of the registration was that I would receive an email with QR code to activate my esim. I never received that email and my plastic sim also stopped working. Today I called Vodacom customer care and selected option 2 for prepaid, I was then told I need to call the contract department since my sim was a contract mind you this contract ended 8 years back but my sim is still captured as a contract sim. The lady from the contract department couldn't help me, she said there was no email address under my profile. I need to go to a Vodacom shop for assistance. I then went to Vodacom Soshanguve Crossing, they were not helpful, and the lady didn't really seem keen on helping me, she told me the process to add my email address was long. I suggested on doing a sim swap so I could have access to my phone and I asked her if it was possible to then request a my email to be added, she said I will have to come back after 3 hours. I had to pay R50 for a stupid simswap and I was never assisted both by customer care and the by the store on top of that I also paid for the esim.
