Bad Service Vodacom Repairs Bethlehem

I Tommy Wessels have send my phone in for repairs to Vodacom Repairs Bethlehem - *** mail *** on the 28/8/2019 time 15:01 Job nr: ***. The guy that assist me told me that if it is a software problem it will take 24 hours if not they will let me know and told me was is the problem. This is know 5 working days without nobody phone me or let me know they are going to replace of fix the phone, I do not think you will be happy if nobody is phone or let you know what is wrong with your phone - after they told my wife they will let me know.
