Bad service Vodacom repairs

On the 20 th July 2020 i took my phone to the Vodacom repair store in Tamboti to be fixed then on the 23rd July 2020 i received an sms from Vodacom repairs fourways mall to advice me that my phone as been received and they will be in contact with repair quote then on the 23rd again same day got sms with repair quote and was told i have 2 -3 days to reply and accept or decline quote.the amount the more than i expected and i couldn't make payment in time then on the 2nd of August 2020 i received any sms saying'i have not accepted the quote 'meaning i have not made the payment that was requested to get my phone fixed and the sms also said that my phone will be sent back to Vodacom Tambotie mall were i will be able to go fetch it .today is the 26th August 2020 am still waiting for my phone. I am not receiving and communications at all and still today i don't have me phone
