Bad service Vodacom Matlosana Mall

Formal Complaint about Vodacom Matlosana Mall

I have never in my life seen such bad customer service. On 31 August 2016 at 14:00 I went to Vodacom to find out about upgrading my phone that is on my grandmothers name. Fani was assisting me told me that my phone was due for upgrade 1 September 2016. So I went in the 1 September 2016 to get upgrade done. When I got tp Vodacom it was offline. So Fani told me to come back in an hours time. After walking up and down the mall to **** time I went back. Just to hear its still offline I told him I need to send papers to grandmother because phone is on her name. Fani faxed it to my grandmother to sign. Told me he will phone me when back online. After two hours after my grandmother phonedto ask if he found the papers that she send so he said yes he did and his back online now I can go back to get upgrade done. So I went back as I got to Vodacom they were offline again. This was at 15:00. He again told me to go home he will phone me as soon as they back online. At 18:00 on Thursday 1 September 2016 still didn’t hear from him. So I went back as I got there he said oh yes he was about to phone me everything is in order we can go ahead with upgrade. Then waited 30 min for him to finish with other customer. Then when he finally helped us he told me they don’t have stock of the P9 Lite after he told me he did have. I was so disappointed but he told me he promise to bring my phone to work the next day because I am working. I phoned him on the 2 September 2016 to hear what is going on but Ravi told me his busy with client he will give him the message this was at 13:30 its 18:35 and still didn’t hear from him or got my phone yet. Finally got hold of him at 19:00 just to tell me it is just my contract that doesn’t want to print out the paper work. I told him that I cant wait any longer it has been 2 days going on 3 days. On the 3 September 2016 I had to take of work to go there at 12:00 just to get a really bad attitude from Fani he told me if I want to complain I must do it. And he just told me sorry I cant help you because papers don’t want to print. I have never in my life seen such bad service from a company. I am going to cancel my contract with Vodacom and go to a different provider. Hope to hear from Vodacom in connection with this matter.

Thanks

Nolene Pretorius

********** 601
