Bad service vodacom just for a sim swap

I have been calling Vodacom for days wanting to do a swim swap for my contract Sim card I was advised to purchase a Sim card t Vodacom store which I did every time I call in to do the Sim swap I have been advised I have an opened order status and they cannot proceed, I was even told by an agent today its not their fault and she is not a system I need to use my Sim card Vodacom's customer service is not on and I am still waiting for the system to update for my sim swap.
