Bad service vodacom Jabulani MALL

On the 18th of April 2016 I booked in my phone for repairs at Vodacom in Jabulani mall, for the screen that was damaged and needed to be replace ( note 4 edge galaxy )I ask about the turn around time and was told that is up to 7 working days, after 7days I s****ed calling in to check my phone and visited the branch couple times as they never contacted me to give me an update. I was informed that my phone is in the repair Centre and waiting for spars. I was the only one calling in using my money to make calls and getting the same respond up until last week Sa****ay the 7th OF May 2016 when they send me a text informing me that my phone is ready for collection and the access fee is R900. I then only went back to jabulani today to collect it at 9am this morning when I got there I was told that (1)their EFT machine is not working I had to go withdraw cash (2)when the assistant brought my phone I found out that the volume button was removed and tempered with. the assistant informed me he will ask the technician on side to look for it and put it back, I waited until 11oclock for them with no luck and my work and life depend on this phone. I had to leave it behind as I had lot to work to do not to wait at Vodacom for the whole day, The fact that I picked up that one parts missing I am very upset and unhappy as I am not sure what other parts are being tempered with, after few days the phone when s**** giving me problems Vodacom will make it my problem and I will be the one paying the unnecessary access fees ? I want my phone today as I waited for it for too long and I do not want the phone that your repair Centre has tempered with. If the phone was accessed and approved why did it not have the volume button? and this was never part of my claim for repairs? Job number is ( ***7) mobile number is ***. Please expedite on this matter as I can not be without my phone for this long. I refuse to be inconvenience by your service at Vodacom. as a consumer I feel that my rights has being violated by you guys and I need feedback today please .
