Bad Service Vodacom Insurance

Their insurance is not good. I got a phone that i kept save as a spare emergency phone. My daughter then asked me to use the pbone to take pictures as it has an excellent camera. I then switched it on and gave it to her to take photos with a simcard in the phone. . As she wss on way to take photos, she felt something against her leg and as it was dark, the got a freight and let the phone fall breaking the screen. Now they decline the claim based on fact that phone was not used according to the IMEI nr. I kept it save for almost 2 years and the moment i took it out it fall and breaked. The wasnt any network usage as their was no sim inserted.
