Bad service!!!! Vodacom can do better

I am so frustrated with the service I have been getting from vodacom recently. My vodacom contract account still shows outstanding even today.

When I call I get very poor service and no one is helping me sort out my issue. I have sent my bank statements showing the debits but still no help.

I am afraid with will ruin my credit score big time
