Bad service Vodacom

Very poor service, instead of canceling my contract they renewed it and now I have to pay an early cancelation fee which is ridiculous. Once you get disconnected from 1 consultant, they don't call back and it takes forever to get another consultant to help you. Bad service even in Walkins they will refer you to call the customer service which doesn't make sense. They never reply to emails but they know very well how to keep deducting from our accounts for a service they haven't provided.
