Bad service Vodacom

Never but never take fiber from Vodacom,the service is terrible and when you get a problem like no internet and you contact call center for the 3 time in 3 days and get told i must just understand they are looking into the problem. I dont have internet do they understand that?????.with covid most people work from home if you cant give service close your doors VODACOM.
