Bad Service Vodacom

Be aware of companies that Vodacom use to do upgrades. How did they get hold of my personal information? I was not aware that they use outside companies as the person who phone had all my personal detail and confirmed that they are calling from Vodacom. I am now waiting for 2 weeks for feedback from Vodacom with daily follow ups from my side. Deedless to say they do not even respond to my mails. Worst service ever. I will move all 5 my contract with them to someone else.
