Bad service , unprofessional stuff

What a pathetic service received from Vodacom , I app**** for a contract as part of black friday special and a consultant called me and said I do not qualify for that deal , I asked why and she said it's because my profile is not finance I must have probably missed payments , I've with Vodacom sonce 2012 an I have not missed any premiums ,4 years ago I wanted to upgrade and I was told the same story but then I thought that's because my credit rating was not good that could be the case but now my credit score is clear and i'm still told the same story, I never missed any premiums this is so unbelievable yet m told I might have missed premiums that's why I don't qualify , what an excuse
