BAD SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE

So i bought a phone in Dec 2022 in Jan 2023 not even a month later the phone has a power failure back to PEP in for repairs, AT THE VODACOM SHOP IN HATFIELD PRETORIA Feb the same thing went to collect in Yesterday the screen is cracked the phone has been wiped i didn't back up anything the box looks like its been through war. and what do they tell me sorry it happens in the packaging and handling. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE MOST ****** SHOP I HAVE EVER SEEN I THEY ARE ALWAYS QUICK TO SAY ITS NOT THEM ITS US.....FOR FUTURE USE PEOPLE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.
