BAD SERVICE, TAKE MONEY FROM ACCOUNT AND CUT MY INTERNET!!

POOR POOR SERVICE AND DISHONEST!! Non communicative!! Never will i again support this company! We ask for a Rooter swop in October 2019 , because their rooter is giving us endless problems and every few hours we battle to get the internet to work, the technician comes out after a hell of a struggle for days and weeks, does his exchange, tells us its under warranty etc etc. few days later we get this lovely little surprise!! ACCOUNT FOR R 2024,10 !! We lodged a complaint and a query in October 2019, a person by the name of Peter Ganga, i think this is the surname, does not even bother to address the query! He was assigned to solve this complaint! I kept sending emails, in total 12 mails and it is a month later and still NO contact from anybody at Vodacom Support etc

I call them today again just to find out Peter received all my emails and my queries but did absolutely NOTHING about it. They deduct the money on the 30th of NOVEMBER 2019, which was ******** and then have the flippen cheek to cut off my internet!! I work from home and now cannot do my work so NO income!!! Bad bad bad!!!!!!!! I TRULY HOPE MANY PEOPLE SEE THIS AND DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!
