Bad service, support & Feedback

Good Day,

On the 21st of June, 2018. I went to Middelburg, vodacom Shop in the mall, I app**** for a new laptop contract deal which was approved. It has been 2 weeks now, all they tell me when i phone them is that there is a back order & that i must wait another week. This is bad service because they don't explain any of this & i'm not getting any feedback unless i phone & then i get the same answer each time and no laptop!
