Bad Service S****s

I have been having problems with them for 3 months now. My Account was in arrears. I contacted the call centre for instructions on how to go about paying the outstanding amount. Emmanuel Mmkao assistance and i requested that the errors amount be debited from my account. I called the help desk to confirm the debt order on the 19/08/2016 and spoke to Surprise- She advised me of the incorrect debt order that was sent through. I had to rectify this with the bank, where it was Vodacom’s error for not listening to the client’s request. Emmanuel loaded the incorrect amount which caused a reversal on my account. I had to call my bank to stop a debt order that was loaded incorrectly by Vodacom. Again on the 1/09/2016 i spoke to a Legogang @9:10am, and was advised that i have to go into the store to pay the arrears amount and forms to be completed and sent for reactivation. I did so on the 5/09/2016 and the forms were sent. I was advised that my number could change but i will be advised once the line has been reactivated. I called the Call centre again on the 9/09/2016 to confirm if the forms were received and i spoke to Surprise ********** The call centre agents cannot provide me any feedback due to the ref number not being provided. I had to resend the forms. i called again today 20/092016 @8:01am to confirm if the line has been reactivated, since it has been more than 7days and no communication was sent. I spoke to Linda and was advised that the line was activated and but no communication was sent.... i requested to speak to the supervisor and WHAT A RUDE WOMAN.... Robben Leisegang... I have never experienced such bad service in my life. Working in the client service industry, that was putrid service s****s. I will never ever recommend anyone to do business with Vodacom ever... this was my last contact with them... might even migrate to MTN Month end.
