Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Hacked WhatsApp Account and Failure to Receive Assistance

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my Vodacom mobile number and the serious ***** currently being committed using my hacked WhatsApp account.

I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, my WhatsApp account linked to my Vodacom number was hacked, and ********s are now impersonating me and requesting money from my contacts. Several people have already sent money to these ****mers, believing they were communicating with me. I have received numerous calls and messages from individuals claiming that they transferred money to these ********s and have even provided proof of payment.

I have visited Vodacom branches, including Vodacom Eastern Mall, seeking assistance. However, I was informed that I could not be assisted because I had already attempted to recover my account myself. I am extremely disappointed by this response, especially considering the seriousness of the ***** being committed and the fact that I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for over two decades.

As a result of this incident, I am experiencing severe emotional distress. I am currently pregnant and under significant stress due to the constant calls from victims who believe I am responsible for the ****. This situation has negatively affected my well-being and peace of mind.

I hereby request that Vodacom urgently:

1. Investigate the unauthorized access to my number and WhatsApp account. 2. Assist in identifying and stopping the individuals responsible Nomthandazo ***
