Bad service provider ever

Vodacom takes customers for a ride,I requested a relocation from July 2024 how ever I had to constantly contact Vodacom and every time I was given a different story as to why it's taking so long....I have been a client of vodacom for the pass 11 years if not longer ,their constants always can not give you a straight answer and says you need to wait ,they will get back to you but never ever do.
