Bad Service/Problems trying to get a new phone

I've previously lodged a complaint and Vodacom contacted me, however the matter was never resolved. I requested a new phone due to the fact that the motherboard of the \New Contract Phone"issued to me was replaced. I am not prepared to pay for a \""Second Hand Phone\"" Since then I've been shoved from pillar to post and no one ever returns my calls. <br> <br> I am going to cancel my contract with Vodacom since I'm getting no where with this matter.
