bad service phone still not working same fault

Took phone in 6/2 system malfunction and handset get very hot receive sms phone ready collect 11/2phone still very hot they booked it in again collect it on 15/2 only did sim swop today phone do exact the same very disappointing as I stay in Potchefstroom and need to collect it twice I need the phone as daughter at NWU need to twice simswap to old phone now this service us unacceptable job nr *** only upgrade to NOTE 5 Dec 15 phone still brand new contact me on ***
