Bad Service.....Passing the bucket

Vodacom in East Rand Mall is one of the worst shops to go to. We took our laptop in to be fixed in December and now they don't want to pay and Platinum Warranty also don't want to pay. My husband took the laptop in to the store with his brother when Donaven opend the laptop in front of my husband and brother. We then got told to go to Vodacom Lakeside View and the guy there said we must phone platinum warranty to ask someone to come and fetch the laptop from our home, no one did. We took it back to Vodacom in the mall and Donevan told us that he will send it away for repairs that will take some time. When the laptop got to Platinum we were inform that the warranty has been void due to the fact that there is a ***** missing and that the COM'S battery is disloged. Donevan was the last person that was handeling that laptop before it left the East Rand shop. I will never ever in my life take out another contract with Vodacom, they are fast to give you **** and make promisses to get the contract sold to you, but the after service is ****...If you ask for an CEO or Directors e-mail adress you just get an cold shoulder.<br> <br> VODACOM SUCKS!!!<br> VODACOM SUCKS.
