Bad Service or No sevice

<p>I made an enquiry to an amount on my statement as my account balance has suddenly increased a lot. I also noticed a balance brought forward which I queried since the account was paid in full. No response nothing from vodacom. Not interested to resolve my issue since they are not getting money out of this deal. **** service vodacom!!!!!! You do not know what the word customer sevice mean. SIES</p>
