BAD SERVICE OR NO SERVICE AT ALL

I-FIX Stellenbosch replaced the cracked screen a few months ago. The screen came loose from the top. It seems that it was not a good job done. I booked my Samsung S6 in for repairs on 4 January 2016 at Kleinmond Vodacom. I bring it to the attention of the person assisting me that the screen came loose and that it is actually a \come back"from I-FIX Stellenbosch. It was noted so on the book in form. I keep phoning Kleinmond Vodacom to ask when can I expect my phone back. Yesterday 25th January Kleinmond Vodacom inform me that a quote was sent to them from Vodacom Hub ***) and that the costs will be R2785.68 for repairs because the screen was cracked. The screen was definitely not cracked when handed in and checked by two personnel of the Kleinmond branch. I phoned Vodacom Hub this morning and asked for the Branch Manager. I left a message for him"
