BAD SERVICE ON MY QUERY

I already posted my complaint on hellopeter, but i am going on as this is really where i am saying i need to get away from vodacom and i will advise everyone i meet everyday to make sure that they will never join this group. vodacom was always the place to be and i always promoted them but last year a sim was opened in my name and the money is being deducted from my account every month and i am now really gatvol. I logged this complaint in November 2016 and was told by a Kefiloe that it wil take 6 to 14 working days and they gave me a case number and they requested nothing from me but to wait. so i phoned again early December and I spoke to a Zanele and was told the case is still in process. so i waited again and then i waited more and thought i was going to put this on hello peter and someone my the name of Dominic emailed me and I copy and paste his email:

Good Day

Please confirm if you have submitted the affidavit and a copy of your ID?
I can see that our Forensics team is currently attending to the matter, and may require the about documents if it has not been submitted as yet.

Regards
Dominic

Now you must know that nobody at any time asked me for these documents when i logged the complaint in November, so actually the case was standing still. they also asked me to supply the below deatails which i did.

ID number of the account holder
- VSP Account number
- Statement Address or Invoice Address
- Banking details: Bank name and account type

then i told them that nothing was ever asked of me so my case was standing still. his reply:

Good Day

Please note that this is the procedure that needs to be followed before our Forensics team can begin the investigation.
Once ***** has been confirmed all the necessary credits will be processed.

Regards
Dominic

Good Day

Please confirm if you have submitted the affidavit and a copy of your ID?
I can see that our Forensics team is currently attending to the matter, and may require the about documents if it has not been submitted as yet.

Regards
Dominic

so now they need a copy of my id and avidavid, well my reply was: Please note that ***** has been done against my name so I am not sending my copy of id on email. If you want me to follow the procedures i need to come in to an office with my documents. I am not that stupid to send all my information on email so another ***** thing can be done on my name? sorry

and their reply on my reply was:

Good Day

Can I suggest you email it directly to me?
My email address is ********** />I have been a Vodacom employee for over 15 years and I assure you that your information will not be misused in any way.

Regards
Dominic

and my reply was: can you email me your copy of your id please

and then i never heard from them again, so that made me yet again think this was also someone that wanted a copyof my id for ***** so i rep**** again with :i need to know if vodacom is going to reimburse me with my money already or what is going to happen, because this is not going to go away if you do not respond.
And i told you i am not comfortable sending my id and personal stuff on email and i even told you i will go into a vodacom shop to verify my details.

so they do not reply ever again. so please you tell me what now? i do not trust vodacom i was prepared to take my copy of id in to a office but not on email. i am really going to take this to the papers because i am getting to joy out of them and it feels like the whole vodacom is busy with ***** even the owners of franchises to only name one, but if i go to the papers and magazines i will take all out.
